The hotel is in a great location, very close to the main shopping area and near the city center. The rooms are well-equipped and the bathroom is well-designed with a separate tub and shower. The service is good, with friendly staff in the restaurant that overlooks a nice park. One of the advantages of this hotel is that it is next to a park, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. there is an adjacent fitness center, which is one of the best in the area, offering great options for exercise and wellness.

The internet is not complimentary, which can be inconvenient and an additional expense for guests.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with beautiful views of the park. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to main shops, bars, and the city's central historical places.

the noise in the room from housekeeping and other guests' children running around was quite disruptive.

The views from our room were absolutely stunning, with sweeping panoramas of the city skyline, park, and mountains in the distance. The executive lounge on the 11th floor provided a calm and exclusive space to relax, with a wide variety of beverages and snacks available throughout the day. The breakfast spread at the park-view restaurant was delightful, with a live omelette station, fresh juices, salads, muffins. The hotel's cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, making for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its splendid views, great lounge, and delicious breakfast.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the bustling city center, just a stone's throw away from the famous Zeil shopping street. Guests can easily explore the vibrant city and enjoy the convenience of having shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The rooms offer breathtaking views of Frankfurt's skyline, the park, and the distant mountains, providing a tranquil and picturesque setting for guests to unwind after a long day of business meetings. Additionally, the hotel provides a wide array of facilities and room advantages, including a spacious lobby, a park-view restaurant serving delicious breakfast, and an 11th floor Executive Lounge.

There were some inconsistencies in the service provided by the hotel staff.

The view is amazing. Breakfast and dinner servers were attentive and friendly. The hotel is pet-friendly and provides necessary amenities for dogs. Great location, only took a taxi once after a full dinner. Lovely birthday surprise with dessert waiting in the room. Very impressed with staff and room.

The hotel was modern and clean, with spacious rooms and big windows offering a great view. the location was the best thing about this hotel, as it was very central and within walking distance to bars and nice restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast provided was great, and the housekeeping staff were attentive and efficient.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the wifi was not free and quite expensive.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and top, notch service. We were pleased to find a stunning spa with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi. the spa lounge was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy beauty treatments, massages, and full, body massages. the restaurant was exceptional, offering delicious breakfast, special diet menus, and an in, room breakfast option. the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring the city.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of sun loungers around the external swimming pool. the sun terrace was a lovely alternative to relax and take in the beautiful views.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. The location in the central area was convenient and near the shopping area.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs, with exclusive amenities like a spa lounge, beauty treatments, and a sun terrace with sun loungers. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were exceptional. the location was advantageous, within walking distance of the shopping district and beautiful gardens. the staff provided excellent service and the restaurant had delicious special diet menus. the only minor issue we encountered was the limited breakfast menu.

The hotel was pet-friendly with a great park nearby for dog walks. The staff were exceptional and the breakfast selection was tremendous. The room was clean and the toiletries were nice. The location was convenient and easily accessible to other places in town.
